After the efforts during the 13th Five-Year-Plan period, VOC control has begun to bear fruit, VOC emission has been significantly reduced, but the PM2.5 and O3 pollution remain a serious situation. The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of the People’s Republic of China put forward the goal of reducing total VOC emissions by more than 10%. VOC governance will remain important during the 14th Five-Year-Plan. For enterprises, it is of great significance to do well in VOC compliance.
